By using Fast Payon (“Fast Payon”) mobile application, APIs, or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Fast Payon provides prepaid mobile and DTH recharge, bill payments, wallet funding, and related payment features. Availability of operators, plans, and billers depends on admin configuration and third-party providers.

Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in India.
• You are responsible for accurate mobile numbers, subscriber IDs, and payment details.
• We may suspend or block accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Payments & refunds

Amounts charged include plan/bill value plus applicable discounts or fees shown at checkout. Recharge and bill outcomes depend on operator/biller systems; failed transactions may be refunded per our refund policy and payment partner rules. Wallet balance is not a bank deposit unless explicitly stated.

Coupons & promotions

Coupons and bonuses are subject to validity dates, usage limits, and admin rules. We may modify or withdraw offers without prior notice where permitted by law.

Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, money laundering, or circumvention of KYC where required.
• Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking our APIs or admin systems.
• False chargebacks or disputing legitimate completed recharges.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays caused by operators, banks, or networks beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific failed transaction where refund is due.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by law.
