Fast Payon (“Fast Payon”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our mobile app and website, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account data: mobile number, name, email (if provided), and authentication tokens.
- Transaction data: recharge orders, bill payments, wallet balance changes, coupons applied, and payment references.
- Device & usage: app version, API requests, and logs needed for security and support.
- OTP / Firebase: when enabled, verification is handled by Firebase or our OTP provider; we do not store raw OTPs after verification.
How we use information
- Provide recharge, bill payment, and wallet services you request.
- Detect operators, fetch plans, process payments, and show order status.
- Prevent fraud, enforce account blocks, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the product and respond to support requests you send via Contact.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (payment gateways, recharge/bill APIs, hosting). We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used for analytics.
Retention & security
We retain transaction and account records as required for operations, tax, and dispute resolution. Access is restricted to authorized staff. API tokens are stored using secure hashing where applicable.
Your rights
